TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life
1. This Agreement is between you the Client and The Light Freedom, LLC (Svetlana Newsome) and relates to your participation in the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life.
2. Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life is a 6-week program, which consists of (at minimum): one energetic/spiritual foundation call per week, one homework review, four group coaching sessions, access to content & worksheets, and access to WhatsApp community. You will be assigned a Dreams Coach for homework review and group coaching sessions. Access to course materials, recordings and WhatsApp community will expire 1 year from completion date of Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life.
Release of Liability
1. You acknowledge that you are aware that in no way is The Light Freedom or Svetlana Newsome and related coaching services to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed and any testimonials or case studies explaining results are not a guarantee that you will receive the same results. You enter in the mindset and manifestation with the full understanding that you are responsible for creating your own results. Participants are 100% committed to themselves and willing to lean into discomfort, face off resistance, and receive support from Svetlana and her team to follow through to completion.
2. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life. Results are not guaranteed as wellbeing and lifestyle results are based on many factors. We do not guarantee or imply that you will be completely healed or cured of any medical condition.
Privacy & Property
1. As a participant of the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life, you understand that all information and techniques, skills, teachings, and concepts that are shared by experts, speakers, coaches, and facilitators along with all online video and audio recordings, all trainings on Zoom, manuals, checklists, files, documents, images, affirmations, quotes, websites and other materials are the property of Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life, The Light Freedom, LLC and Svetlana Newsome and are not to be relied on as any type of professional or other advice. They are for educational purposes only. All teachings, videos, growth work, workbooks, exercises & practices are the intellectual property of Svetlana Newsome and may not be used or copied without prior written consent.
2. It is assumed that this is completed with the understanding that what is taught within the program remains the copyright of Svetlana Newsome, The Light Freedom, LLC and Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life. Information will not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcasted, sold or otherwise transferred without prior written consent.
3. Recording is not permitted during the program and associated events. Svetlana Newsome, The Light Freedom, LLC and the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life coaches have the right to record, edit, and upload for use within the course, promotion or otherwise. However, Svetlana Newsome, The Light Freedom, LLC and the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life will choose to refrain from sharing personal, vulnerable, and confidential moments to maintain a safe container for all participants.
4. You understand the program hosts and facilitates events that may be filmed with footage that may contain the participants and audience. This footage may be used to create products such as online videos AND USED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES. You give permission for this to occur.
5. During the sessions, you, your voice, or your image may be included in the sharing of confidential personal information. Please choose to respect the participants/students/experts or speakers and refrain from discussing this outside the sessions.
6. The programs and the materials, usernames and passwords, quotes, affirmations, images, and video content provided to you are confidential and must not be given to or shared with anyone outside of the program community.
Cancellation, Refunds, & Money Back Guarantee
1. All of the materials that will be provided to you have been created from the expertise and experience of your host and all facilitators. All these materials require extensive investment on their part. As such, no money-back guarantees will be issued. In signing this agreement, you agree that you are willing and able to participate in the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life to the best of your abilities so you can gain as much as possible from your time in the program. We understand that life happens. If a life changing event takes place we offer to retake this or other programs offered by The Light Freedom, LLC within one year.
2. The Client agrees to the payment plan that was provided to them at the point of sale and the Client recognizes this is a final, non-negotiable offer.
3. The client agrees to handle any payment grievances and disputes by contacting The Light Freedom, LLC team internally at svetlana@thelightfreedom.com. The client agrees not to contact their banking institution, Kajabi, PayPal or Stripe to report fraudulent charges or file a chargeback with their credit card company.
4. The Client is responsible for ensuring that payment of the Fee or any installment of the Fee is paid in full and on time.
5. If payment of the Fee or any installment of the Fee is beyond 14 days overdue, you agree that The Light Freedom, LLC, Svetlana Newsome and the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life will be entitled to any of the following remedies:
a. To withhold delivery of Services [coaching calls, group calls and access to WhatsApp group] until payment has been made in the total outstanding amount.
b. To terminate participation in the program without a refund for previous payments.
6. Should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access to the program, calls, sessions and associated WhatsApp groups until you are up to date. There will be no refunds for paid sessions, missed sessions, retreats, or workshops. The Light Freedom, LLC, Svetlana Newsome and the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life has the right to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions, retreats, workshops at any time. Should classes, events, coaching sessions, retreats, or workshops need to be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control, all monies paid are transferable for up to one year from date of said coaching session, retreat, workshop or bootcamp & may be used as a credit towards the rescheduled or future retreat, any workshop, coaching program, event or bootcamp.
7. We understand life throws curveballs. If at any time a participant wishes to discontinue membership, you may request to leave the program upon providing to Svetlana Newsome 15 days written notice to svetlana@thelightfreedom.com with the SUBJECT: "My desire to leave the container". Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life is a 6 week commitment, and you acknowledge that The Light Freedom, LLC, Svetlana Newsome and the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life has no obligation to release you from the agreed-upon payment schedule and if you leave the container you will still be responsible for the remaining payments. Participants who wish to discontinue membership must book a completion call with Svetlana Newsome. Should participants cancel or no-show without a final completion call, participants will be responsible for the remainder of the payments of the original contract.
Conduct
1. The participants of the program understand that they will conduct themselves appropriately, authentically and ethically throughout the program. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, The Light Freedom, LLC or Svetlana Newsome reserves the right to discontinue your payment plan without a refund.
2. We reserve the right to vary this agreement and the program itself, or make any other changes, cancel or reschedule part of the program or revise the content of the program as reasonably required.
3. By becoming a student of the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life, you agree to the above points of the agreement. Should you have any questions, please e-mail svetlana@thelightfreedom.com or info@thelightfreedom.com.
4. The participants of this program acknowledge that if for some reason an appointment needs to be rescheduled, it will either be done by Svetlana’s team through WhatsApp or Email or via text if it is time sensitive. You give permission for Svetlana’s assistant to text you regarding scheduling, payment, and for special announcements.
5. You agree to the rules of the game:
A. ) You commit to completing your homework and submitting it by the prescribed deadline each week. If you do not submit your homework on time, you agree to notify Svetlana or your Dreams Coach and arrange an extension of time and agreed upon plan to complete homework. If you are not submitting homework and responding to feedback, you will be asked to leave the course. You will not be issued a refund, but may join the course again at a later date, within one year of signing this contract.
B. ) If at any time you feel stuck or you are unsure about what to do with any of the course work, have feedback, concerns or grievances, you promise to get in contact with Svetlana’s assistant (info@thelightfreedom.com) and refrain from speaking your concerns or grievances with other members of the community - no excuses. Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life is a NO GOSSIP ZONE and therefore students are not to post or speak to other members about any and all grievances about the program, curriculum, Svetlana, any students, healers or facilitators agree to take up any and all grievances directly with Svetlana Newsome. Breaking of this rule may result in being immediately removed from the group without a refund.
C. ) You will take full responsibility for your results or lack thereof. You commit to show up, be coachable, trust the process, do all the work with full integrity, both online and offline and you will immediately implement what you learn so that you may begin to live your purpose and make a difference on this planet.
D. ) You commit to showing up at your best and treating Svetlana, guest experts, and other participants with kindness and respect. Should any boundaries be crossed, you acknowledge that you may be removed from the program with no refund given.
E. ) You commit to sharing your wins with Svetlana and your fellow students in the Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life.
F.) LET’S GET BUSY! I have carefully read the Terms and Conditions and their contents, and certify that I am 18 years or older and signing this agreement of my own free will. I understand that Limitless Creator: The Sacred Path To Your Dream Life is a 6 week commitment, regardless of my payment plan schedule.
